Involved Institutions
Both universities offer excellent research and learning conditions for the doctoral students. Among the relevant research contexts is the recently founded “Bielefeld Center for Education and Capability Research” and the “Research Group on Youth, School and Education” in Dortmund. Both deal intensively with questions of social justice and equality of educational chances. Both research networks are part of the RS and have hosted several international conferences to initiate interdisciplinary exchange on the topics.
